本课是人民教育出版社出版的新目标Go for it八年级上册Unit 7 How do you make a banana milk shake?的第一课时的教学设计。 本单元是围绕“如何制作香蕉奶昔”为话题展开的,主要谈论一些常见的家庭饮食方面的制作方法。我们在前面已经学习了一些祈使句的用法,因此本单元是对祈使句的深化和延深,通过讲述制做过程和步骤,如何听懂指令、通过听与说的训练,学会准确地判断指令,有序地处理事情,通过动手实际操作,培养和锻炼学生生活能力,且本单元是一个有兴趣,愉悦的话题,无疑还会提高学生运用英语的兴趣和交际能力,对提高学生的办事能力,办事的条理性具有举足轻重的作用。 |

学 情 分 析 |
本课的教学对象是八年级学生,在英语的学习方面已经有了一定的基础,已经具备一定的英语语言素养和多种多媒体信息处理能力,喜欢表现自己,但是不能准确表达自己。这一阶段的学生的思维能力发展较快,自我意识增强,在情感方面能进行自我教育,好奇心强,喜欢探索新鲜事物,喜欢动手参与,也喜欢竞赛,经过新课程理念的熏陶及实践,有了初步的自主、合作、探究、实践的能力,但学习状态不稳定,仍需要引导。所以这节课我设计了两个任务分组完成,在课堂上应用大量实物,让学生动手制作,学生在做的过程中掌握目标语言结构。 |

1.知识与技能目标 能熟练掌握并运用“peel,cut up,pour,put,turn on”等动词,以及制作过程的祈使句表达方式,并能熟练运用制作过程。 2.过程与方法目标 培养学生观察、判断、概括、归纳等思维能力,以及对所学语言的表达能力。 3.情感态度与价值观目标 通过教学培养学生与人交往中具有的积极态度,培养学生的实际生活能力,了解生活知识,增长生活阅历,培养他们实践操作能力和动手能力。让学生更多地了解不同国家和不同地域的饮食文化和饮食习惯,学会尊重别人的习俗。 |

Play a piece of music “Food and drink” for students to listen . Show pictures and review the names of some fruit. Get students to discuss these questions: 1. What kind of fruit do you like? 2. Do you like bananas? 3. What is your favorite drink? T: Today we are going to learn a new kind of drink--a banana milk shake. Do you want to know how to make it? T: Never mind. I can make. Now let us study “Unit 7 How do you make banana milk shake?” T: Let’s see how to make a banana milk shake. We need lots of ingredients. For example: bananas, milk, yogurt, blender, knife, ice cream and so on. T: How many bananas do we need? How much milk do we need? First show the process of making a banana milk shake. Then let students repeat |

At last ask students one another to repeat by looking at the screen . 1. Peel the banana 2. Cut up the bananas. 3. Put the bananas and ice cream into the blender. 4. Pour the milk in the blender. 5. Turn on the blender. 6. Drink the banana milk shake. Have students work in groups, make their own banana milk shake and report. Play the recording for the first time. Play the recording a second time. Call one student to number the instructions in Activity la. Correct the answers. Answers: 5 2 6 4 3 1 Get students repeat after the tape. Have one student to sum up the processes of making bananas milk shake. |
